Overview

The Global Real Estate (GRE) Division’s primary objective is to manage the real estate portfolio of Deutsche Bank inclusive of procurement, operations, and strategic planning. As part of these objectives, you will be responsible for leading regional the Project Governance Office (PGO) activities within the GRE Projects space. The Project Governance Office is responsible for maintaining and assuring compliance with the global Project Governance Manual and Real Estate Policies. The Project Governance Office is a separate group within the Projects workstream, reporting straight to the Global Service Delivery Manager Projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Accountable for maintenance, continuous improvement, and assurance of Project Governance globally

  • Oversee PM platform and SharePoint systems to ensure data and documentation requirements for Project Governance are complete and of a high quality

  • Interface and collaborate with Finance and regional project teams to assemble the Annual Rolling Capital Plan. Report monthly on the Regional Rolling Capital Plan

  • Manage stakeholders for diligent preparation of the Regional Real Estate business cases (T-Minus process)

  • Ensure the regional team delivers client defined reporting (Project Status Reports, Governance trackers) in a manner that is punctual and free of errors

How You’ll Lead

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and acts as the Single Point of Contact for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Project Governance in region

  • Provide Project Governance guidelines and Governance support for project delivery to Project Teams (internal and external)

Skills You’ll Need

  • Moderate experience in Project Governance Assurance

  • In depth understanding of Real Estate / Construction Project delivery with experience implementing appropriate risk management and governance controls across GRE workspace and Real Estate Projects in particular

  • Experienced leadership skills, with the ability of communicating a vision and clear guidance

  • Very good communication skills and relationship management, very good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written. Ability to be clear, concise and focused, being able to tailor the message for the audience

  • Ability to diagnose improvement areas across processes, tools and systems

  • Stakeholder Management: Develops, promotes and maintains strong, productive working relationships at senior levels and within the GRE Service Delivery Platform

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $93,000 to $133,300. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
