The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00

As a Lead Process Engineer in Operations you will:

• Drive transformative, step-change improvements across Global Supply Chain(GSCL) and Stores.

• Uncover and design creative and innovative ways to move our products faster and more efficiently while delivering uncompromising service to our guests and ease for our team members.

• Leverage operations frameworks like Value Stream Mapping to identify gaps in current operational design and to communicate future operating models.

• Develop the future vision on managing flow of product within our end-to-end operations that includes distribution centers and stores. The concepts will form the foundation for how we develop and deploy capabilities across Target’s network of more than 40+ distribution centers and 2000+ stores.

• Feed development roadmaps for our process and product teams, working closely with various key partner teams to execute these innovations and bring them to life in production environments.

• Lead Proof of Concept Strategy, to reduce/eliminate non-value-added activities, optimize our processes and create flow.

• Co-create solutions at idea conception with cross functional teams to create a safe, high-quality, low-cost process that supports needed throughput and end to end operations objectives.

• Have the ability to be closely tied to current operational challenges and be
