Joining the company means working in a fast-growing environment where engineering expertise has a direct impact on how satellites are built, qualified and delivered.</p><p> <a rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"></a> </p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>The <strong>Senior Technical Program Manager</strong> is responsible for the <strong>end-to-end technical and programmatic execution of space programs</strong>, acting as the single point of accountability for performance, schedule, cost, risk, and customer satisfaction.</p><p>The role requires close collaboration with <strong>Engineering, Systems, AIT, Supply Chain, Quality, Business Development, and Customers</strong>, ensuring that programs are executed in full compliance with space standards, contractual requirements, and institutional processes.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Program Execution &amp; Space Processes</strong></p><ul><li>Own and govern the full lifecycle execution of space programs in compliance with space industry standards and institutional processes.</li><li>Translate system and mission requirements into structured, executable program plans.</li></ul><p><strong>Milestone Planning &amp; Control</strong></p><ul><li>Define, plan, and control program milestones in alignment with contractual deliverables, internal gate reviews, and customer expectations.</li><li>Ensure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivery of all programming phases.</li></ul><p><strong>Customer Interface &amp; Reviews</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the primary technical and programmatic interface with customers throughout the entire program duration.</li><li>Lead and chair all program and technical reviews, both internal and customer-facing.</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across systems engineering, subsystem development, AIT, operations, quality, and support functions.</li><li>Ensure alignment and effective communication across all internal stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule, Budget &amp; Risk Management</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and control program schedule, budget, and risk using structured space program management methodologies and collaborative tools.</li><li>Proactively identify risks and define mitigation strategies.</li></ul><p><strong>Supply Chain &amp; Industrial Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and integrate supply chain activities, coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, and partners.</li><li>Ensure alignment between technical execution, supply chain performance, and customer commitments.</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Provide clear, structured, and data-driven program status reporting to senior management and customers.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of space-specific processes, methodologies, and execution frameworks.</li></ul><p><strong>Proposal &amp; Bid Support</strong></p><ul><li>Support proposal preparation and bid activities, contributing execution strategies, milestone planning, and risk assessments.</li></ul>
