Full Stack Software Engineer

Overview

Trissential is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our client team remotely in Rochester, MN. In this role, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications that drive meaningful outcomes. You'll work across the full stack, creating dynamic user interfaces, optimizing databases, and building seamless integrations between front-end and back-end systems. Collaborating within an agile, innovative environment, you’ll contribute to projects that have a direct impact on real-world solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular or similar frameworks like React or Vue.js
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs or GraphQL services for efficient integration of front-end and back-end systems
• Optimize and manage complex SQL queries and interact with databases via ORMs such as Entity Framework or Dapper
• Design and implement back-end solutions using technologies like .NET Core or Node.js
• Collaborate within an agile environment to deliver innovative, scalable applications
• Debug, troubleshoot, and fine-tune systems for optimal performance
• Use modern version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth development and deployment workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software or web application development
• Strong expertise in Angular, React, or Vue.js, and RESTful API or GraphQL development
• Proficiency in SQL, including complex query optimization
• Experience with back-end frameworks such as .NET Core or Node.js
• Solid understanding of web application architecture and modern development practices

• Expertise in modern frameworks and tools for software engineering
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills
• Collaborative and communicative in team-oriented agile environments

Desired skills

• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure for deploying applications
• Background in healthcare software, analytics, or big data systems

Experience

• Proven ability to build and deploy scalable, high-performance solutions
• Familiarity with open-source technologies and cloud-based services
• Hands-on experience developing distributed systems and integrating diverse applications

Benefits

Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $111 000 to $121 000 annually depending on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
