What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a motivated leader who has a passion for health, wellness, and community. Someone who can juggle multiple priorities, motivate their team, and keep our member services running smoothly—all while bringing their positive energy and problem-solving mindset to every shift.
What you will be doing:
As our Member Services Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to for all things member-facing—making sure guests are welcomed warmly, operations run like clockwork, and staff feel supported and inspired. Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day:
Supervise the day-to-day operations and staff in assigned areas including front desk, membership, and accounts receivable
Assist leadership with updating policies and ensuring they align with industry standards
Act as the lead point of contact for member concerns, escalations, and service recovery efforts
Develop and organize programs that keep our members engaged and excited
Support membership growth and retention through exceptional service and creative initiatives
Lead the hiring, training, evaluations, and scheduling of staff
Maintain a high-functioning, safe, and welcoming environment across assigned areas
Champion outstanding customer service and lead by example
Manage departmental budgets, identify cost-effective solutions, and recommend improvements to streamline operations within budget guidelines
Coordinate software, website updates, and communications relevant to your area
Key Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in customer service, —and the leadership skills to guide a successful team. Bring your experience and enthusiasm, and we’ll provide the platform to thrive!
A bachelor’s degree in a related field OR
Two (2) years’ experience in health & fitness, recreation, or customer service
One (1) year of leadership experience required
Additional experience in aquatics, youth programming, or strength & conditioning is a plus
CPR certification or must obtain within 90 days of hire.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Computer savvy—Microsoft Office required; familiarity with membership and POS systems a plus
