Sr. Maintenance Training Content Creator

Flexjet is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Senior Content Creator to support and manage the training content development team. This role is critical in advancing Flexjet’s maintenance training initiatives, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and effective learning experiences across the organization.

This position is on-site in Cleveland, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the content creation team

• Conduct in-depth content research to support technical accuracy

• Develop training materials aligned with Flexjet’s maintenance programs

• Update existing training content as procedures or regulations evolve

• Perform content quality assurance (QA) to ensure clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy

• Assist with collaboration efforts involving external stakeholders or vendors

Education & Experience Requirements

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification required

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Maintenance required

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance (preferred)

• 3+ years of experience in training content development or instructional design

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience

• Familiarity with LMS platforms and training compliance requirements

• Excellent written communication and organizational skills

• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures

• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for aviation training

• Current on industry trends and advancements

• Safety-focused

• Fluent in English
