LOCATION

Remote in the United States

OVERVIEW

Design, develop, and execute test scripts using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ServiceNow applications and workflows
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage
Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and detailed test scripts
Identify, document, and track software defects in ServiceNow or JIRA
Validate defect fixes and perform retesting and regression testing
Assist in the implementation of quality assurance best practices and process improvements
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives
Ensure testing activities are in compliance with organizational standards and project requirements
