Summary/objective
Position requires knowledge of multiple disciplines. The Team Leader must be able to continually switch job responsibilities and maintain the product quality and schedule.

Coordination of team members and maintain schedules
Essential functions
- Monitor timelines of returning loads from shows as manifested in asset management system. Discuss and plan anticipated activities and priorities with inbound and outbound staff.
- Forecast upcoming staffing requirements related to internal transfers and communicate with the Shop Manager
- Perform in sorting all inbound equipment, including locating all internal and external sub-rental equipment.
- Identify and report any damaged equipment returning from shows in real time to Operations management.
- Work and communicate with fulfillment departments to perform searches for missing equipment and report progress in a timely fashion
- Assist in the research and implementation of new products within discipline.
Qualifications
- Supervisory experience required.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- A Fundamental understanding or familiarity with live event equipment and gear
- Experience in lighting rental shop and entertainment industry is helpful
- Ability to interact with Customers on a professional level
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, clear verbal and written communication. Fluency in English required.
- Must have demonstrated time management skills and be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced multi-task environment with minimal supervision.
- Must have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize work to meet deadlines. Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a stressful environment with ability to adapt positively to changes in the work setting with ease.

The pay range for this position is estimated to be $19.00 - $23.00 hr. Actual pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data.
