<p><strong>We have a fantastic Part-Time Leasing Consultant opportunity available!</strong></p> <p>Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our continued success is attributed to our hands&nbsp;on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience.</p> <p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong><strong>Bexley Silo Bend- Nashville, TN</strong></p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p> <ul> <li>20 hours per week</li> <li><span data-teams="true">Saturdays plus one additional full weekday, one half 4 hour weekday</span></li> <li>Weekday hours 9am-6pm, we can be flexible based on what days you can work</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay:</strong> Starting at $21/hour depending on experience plus quarterly bonuses</p> <p><strong>Who We Are:</strong></p> <p>At WP, we do things differently. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team.
