The Senior Budgeting and Reporting analyst's responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership. As a senior analyst, you will also be responsible for providing project teams with financial guidance and assisting with monthly close processes. Ideal candidates should have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.</p><p><strong>Your contribution to the success of the team</strong><br/></p><ul> <li>Participation in the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing for Group &amp; subsidiaries (CY,BU,RO). Preparation of standalone/consolidated reports to Management &amp; Board of Directors</li> <li>Work closely with the local/regional finance teams to ensure compliance with financial guidelines (IFRS) and Group policies</li> <li>Developing financial projections and building financial models</li> </ul><ul> <li>Monitoring of budget throughout the year. Analyze company’s financial results and provide insightful commentary on variances/deviations actual vs budget/prior year results to assist management with strategic decisions. Participate in quarterly budget revision and forecasts</li> </ul><ul> <li>Tracking KPIs and preparation of ad hoc financial reports. Perform research and analysis as required for effective decision making </li> <li>Participate in improvement and development of BI reports to ensure accurate reporting</li> <li>Cash flow monitoring to secure cash stability</li> <li>Participate in the preparation of Group’s 5-year business plan, cooperating efficiently with all departments and regional management in order to timely collect and assess information needed</li> </ul><ul> <li>Cooperate with external auditors, providing the necessary support and information during the execution of the yearly audit</li> </ul><p><strong>Your Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or any related field</li> <li>Master in Finance or professional qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, or similar) will be considered a strong asset</li> <li>4+ years relevant work experience in financial analysis/reporting/audit or relative field</li> <li>Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
