About the role

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  

  Ensure accurate receiving by carefully checking deliveries against invoices, catching discrepancies or damage early to prevent downstream issues.  

  Keep the warehouse organized and efficient by properly sorting, labeling, and storing goods to maximize space and accessibility.  

  Support on-time delivery by accurately picking, packing, and dispatching orders according to customer and operational requirements.  

  Uphold high safety standards by identifying hazards, using proper PPE, and stopping work when necessary to protect yourself and your team.  

  Maintain strong quality control by following procedures, identifying non-conforming materials, and raising issues before they escalate.  

  Contribute to team success through clear communication, collaboration with peers and support teams, and active participation in improvements.  

  Drive productivity by working at expected cycle times, competently using equipment, and staying flexible to meet changing business needs.  

  Promote a clean, safe, and reliable work environment through housekeeping, basic equipment care, and proactive reporting of maintenance needs.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:  
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.  
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.  
 
Experience:  
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
