This is your chance to make a significant impact on Pandora’s technological landscape and drive our ambitious goals forward.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Architectural Planning &amp; Governance:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with the Engineering Director to develop and implement a detailed architectural strategy.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure alignment between architecture planning and business goals across product lines.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead architectural governance processes and facilitate effective decision-making.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Leadership of Architecture &amp; Engineering Teams:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Directly manage Solution and Technical Architects, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Mentor team members to promote professional growth and skill development.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>System Design &amp; Implementation:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Design end-to-end solutions for retail and e-commerce platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p>Gather system requirements from stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.</p> </li> <li> <p>Evaluate and recommend technologies that enhance performance, security, and scalability.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Communication:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive implementation of architectural solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Bring to the Team</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>5+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable retail and e-commerce systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams of 5-10.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong knowledge of relevant technologies, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud and cloud-based solutions like Azure.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with Order Management Systems and retail POS platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with DevOps practices and tools.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communication skills in English.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Did we get your attention?</strong></p> <p>We hope you got all your questions answered and feel confident applying for this position.
