The Impact You’ll Make in this Role


As a(n) Project Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional security initiatives across product, engineering, data science, and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise security and regulatory requirements while supporting business objectives.
  • Partner closely with product managers to translate security requirements into actionable project plans, ensuring alignment between security controls and product delivery timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging AI capabilities and piloting scalable solutions that optimize security processes, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Establish clear governance, tracking, and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress of initiatives, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Influence adoption of organizational initiatives into product development lifecycles and continuous improvement processes.

Your Skills and Expertise


To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 3 years of project management experience

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from AND 7 years of project management experience 

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 2 years of experience supporting or coordinating security, compliance, or risk management initiatives (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, GovRAMP, FedRAMP).
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to deliver projects with competing priorities and tight timelines.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills, including experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable work items.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle workflows and processes.
  • Experience with Solventum Health Information Systems products.
  • Ability to find creative solutions and manage multiple project streams.
  • Skilled in program management techniques or PMP certified.

Work location:

  • Remote

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic
