IT Concepts is looking for a qualified Data Analyst (Level I) to support our USAID customer. Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst for our federal sector client in the Human Capital group, you will:
- Draw insights from operational data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and trends of significance
- Build dashboards and reports to conceptualize and visualize data trends and patterns
- Maintain data across multiple systems and steps in the process
- Provide detailed, data-driven analysis of HR activity timeliness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Advise managers at all levels of HR related issues including requirements, resources, work volume fluctuations, and problems impacting the organization
- Apply your experience and knowledge in operations and technologies to drive day-to-day execution of operations, including engagement with customers, interaction with client business units, and management of service delivery performance
- Advise and execute the strategies for service delivery to customers, including influencing timing, sequence of activities, optimal use of technology and data
- Interact across HR and agency business units to understand and plan for customer needs
- Escalate issues within the HR processes to team leads and clients as required, to ensure compliance with project performance metrics
- Assist with other duties as requested
Location: Must be in commutable distance to DC USAID HQs.
Requirements
- 1 year of data analytics, reporting, and visualization experience using tools such as Excel/GoogleSheets, Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, etc.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required client Facility Access
- Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC
- Bachelor's degree required (or 4 additional years of experience)
Preferred:
- Operations experience, preferably in a state, local, or federal government environment
- Experience with ServiceNow, Python, and/or Qualtrics
- Experience with customer service and problem solving
- Experience with client engagement and relationship building
- Knowledge of process and data flows and the ability to identify bottlenecks and suggest streamlining processes or data flows
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets to understand data insights, trends, and create visualizations to convey insights
Clearance:
- Must be able to get a USAID Suitability Public Trust or Higher.
- US Citizen residing in the United States.
