Pay Range: $75k-110k/year
Job Summary
The Construction Supervisor is responsible for coordinating construction efforts through in-house and contract labor for new construction, maintenance and rebuild projects. Organize and direct field labor force daily, ensuring quality of work performed is completed on schedule.
Primary Responsibilities
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate with Project Manager the project design and location of equipment and materials needed for planned construction.
- Monitor contractor and/or inhouse performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions of contract agreements are met.
- Perform site inspections to ensure safety, production levels and quality control is achieved.
- Communicate with Manager, designated delegate and Mission Control to provide updates about construction progress.
- Manage end to end scope of job cycle ensuring all job documents are complete and submitted to Mission Control within a timely manner.
- Communicate, evaluate and submit all documentation for any company related claims pertaining to a specific job or employee.
- Establish positive employee relations through effective communication and ongoing support.
- Adhere to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable.
- Understand and follow company policies and procedures according to the Company Handbook and maintains a safe workplace to include the inhouse safety program.
- Perform other duties as requested by manager.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Commercial Class A driver’s license without restrictions, to include a tanker endorsement is required.
- Must have current DOT medical card.
- Understanding of Underground and Telecommunications Construction, 5+ years knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the telecommunications construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills, 3+ years with proven track record for team development and employee coaching and mentoring capabilities.
- High School Diploma/GED desirable.
