About the role
😎 Our CultureQuantum Metric's number one objective is happy people, diverse and inclusive culture. We’re passionate about empowering our people to become the best version of themselves, offering coaching and training programs designed to accelerate their career in whatever direction they choose.
As a remote-first company, we understand the importance of building an engaged, diverse, and fun place to work. We hold regular company-wide events, seasonal challenges + games, and Quantum Metric supported local outings when Zoom becomes too much. We also have a number of Employee Resource Groups that provide spaces to discuss, share, and reflect on topics that impact us both inside and outside of work - from being new to SaaS or navigating it as a first-time parent, to overcoming the barriers faced as Black, Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, LGBTQIA or other underrepresented backgrounds.
We are also passionate about the connections we build with our customers. You’ll not only work with some of the world’s most recognized brands, but build lasting relationships.
At Quantum Metric we value all types of experience and education and don’t expect you to meet every qualification for this position. We are most interested in the unique perspective you can bring and your ability to uphold our values of passion, persistence, and integrity.
🚀 About the RoleWe are looking for a driven Product Manager that deeply immerses themselves to understand how our customers use our product. This person can discuss usability challenges with our designers, understands the competitive landscape of customer experience analytics, brainstorms technical solutions with our engineers, and partners with customer success, sales, and marketing teams to build solutions that increase customer satisfaction.
🐉 Who you arePassionate about helping customers. We are passionate about our customers and helping solve their problems. UX researchers and designers are your partners in crime to define the problem space. You interface with customers directly to develop empathy and build solutions resulting in smiling fans.
Storytelling for Influence. Building successful products is a full-contact sport. It involves influencing team members to relate to the users’ challenges and inspire future outcomes. You visually articulate ideas (using Sketch and building prototypes) to tell stories about users needs, defining strategy, and how we deliver successful outcomes.Metrics- and data-driven. You’re in your comfort zone identifying the data you need to support or refute assumptions, provide direction and key decisions, and measure success throughout the product lifecycle.
Entrepreneurial spirit. Our success is largely dependent on each person’s ability to identify, own, and solve problems with minimal direction. This belief unifies our team to always strive to deliver a fantastic product experience. You have a strong track record of effecting change in product organizations.
Curious mind. You are not intimidated by working with brilliant engineers. Rather it motivates you to uncover new opportunities to challenge the engineers to create differentiated and unique customer solutions. If the situation calls for it, you don’t mind digging into JavaScript, writing SQL, or heading over to Stack Overflow to research the proper syntax to research user behaviors.
Clear Communicator. You know that communication is core to creating shared understanding and alignment. You frame your goals and objectives for initiatives in a way that’s easy to comprehend, makes the value for customers readily apparent, and provides sound reasoning for the decisions you’re making.
