Description
We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to perform sports physicals on high school students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations of students in the community setting.
- Complete required documentation as applicable.

Requirements
Requirements for the Position:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner Program (MSN)
- Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification in specialty area (ANCC/AANP)
- Current State License
- Minimum 1 year of experience in advanced practice role preferred
- Will consider strong new grads
- Solid experience working with EMR desirable
- Comfortable working in an INDEPENDENT work environment
- Receptive to feedback and enjoys being part of a collaborative team
