MISSION / SUMMARY:

 

Analytical support for special projects and recurring processes of the Corporate Finance department. This role will provide a mix of support on special projects and analysis. Additionally, the role will include routine corporate processes such as analysis and evaluation of operating results, supporting annual operating plans and 3-year strategic plans, and the development of financial forecasts. Assist in the development of TM1 reports and subsequent training. They understand and align business operations and Finance as he/she executes their role to exceed customer expectations and align with GPI business, cultural, financial, and operational objectives.
 

JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include but are not limited to the following.

  • Must work within and adhere to the company’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Relationships and Teamwork.

Monthly

  • Develop and present supporting explanations for month end results requiring deep variance analysis.
  • Manage Innovation cost centers; analyzing month end actual results and work with cost center owners to explain variances and develop monthly forecasts.
  • Analyze vertically integrated substrates to develop consolidated profit margins.
  • Ad hoc financial analysis of financial and operating metrics to support BOD, Business Unit, CFO and CEO reporting requirements.
  • Develop complex Enterprise level financial models.

Quarterly

  • Analysis of internal transfer pricing impacts
  • Develop and review integrated view of company margins.
  • Support company-wide incentives reviews
  • Develops and maintains annual and quarterly financial performance indicators.

Annual

  • Assist Innovation cost center owners with plan development and provide YoY analysis of department spend.
  • Support the development and analysis of the consolidated Long-Range Plan (LRP)
  • Support the consolidated annual Operating Plan; assisting in the analysis of both business segment plans and overall corporate plans.
