Location: Bond Vet's Support Center in Chelsea, NY or Remote, plus 4 - 8 shifts per four-week block in clinic

As a team member on the Medical Operations Team, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, working collaboratively to support the implementation of medical programs and projects that align with our company's strategic goals. You will have the opportunity to work closely with medical experts, field leaders, and other team members to ensure the success of our initiatives. Your responsibilities will involve contributing to operational and medical-focused programs, with an emphasis on supporting our operations team on strategic initiatives identified by our VP, Head of Medicine and our Operations leadership team.
As a Team Member - Medical Programs and Projects, you will also be spending 25-50% of your time spent as a DVM/licensed nurse in an assigned shift on the floor, this is in the spirit of connecting with our teams on the ground to find areas of opportunity and test the programs and projects success that are implemented.
What You’ll Do:
Program and Project Support:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in planning, executing, and delivering various programs and projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
● Contribute to individual projects, providing support throughout their lifecycle to ensure they meet or exceed client, pet, team and company needs.
● Participate in the management of various medical programs, including but not limited to Bond’s MADE New Graduates Program, AI scribing, the development of a Bond Vet surgical hub and spoke program, wellness care development, clinic flow, and development of Bond’s DVMs and support teams.
● Assist in monitoring the performance of each program/project, including tracking measurable KPIs and participating in efficiency and effectiveness reviews.
● Contribute to data-driven analysis efforts, utilizing available data to inform decision-making.

● Actively engage in fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team, offering ideas and solutions to address challenges in the pet healthcare industry.
