Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision and mentorship to graduate students in the Speech-Language Pathology program during on-campus practica. This role involves overseeing clinical service delivery, supporting student learning, and ensuring practices are evidence-based and aligned with university and ASHA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and mentor graduate students during diagnostic and therapy sessions.
· Provide direct clinical services as needed.
· Monitor clinical documentation and adherence to clinic policies and professional standards.
· Offer constructive feedback and performance evaluations.
· Collaborate with faculty and staff to support clinical education goals.
· Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and case discussions.
Qualifications Required:
· Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
· CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA.
· NJ State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility).
· Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
Preferred:
· Experience with diverse client populations across the lifespan.
· Familiarity with university clinic settings and ASHA certification standards.

Salary Range
