We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team at Entrata's Development department. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership to our offshore development team in India. You will be involved in laying out the basic code architecture, taking ownership of projects, and seeing them through to completion. Additionally, you will be responsible for advocating the latest tools, technologies, and best practices.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team at Entrata's Development department. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership to our offshore development team in India. You will be involved in laying out the basic code architecture, taking ownership of projects, and seeing them through to completion. Additionally, you will be responsible for advocating the latest tools, technologies, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality, efficient, and testable code
- Work collaboratively with Development Managers, UX, Product Managers, and offshore teams to solve complex technical problems
- Review and evaluate code quality and design, and mentor junior developers to follow coding standards
- Manage the balance between implementation complexity, time to market, and scalability
- Standardize code and architecture across the team
- Teach best practices and mentor other engineers
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
- 5-10 years of experience in Fullstack development or similar languages
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and SQL, as well as other relevant technologies
- Experience with performance optimization, debugging, and unit testing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS in Computer Science
- Experience in Payment Processing or ACH Payments
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with transitioning from an older monolith to modern microservices
