The Procurement User Experience Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the Procurement Technology systems and services are intuitive, enjoyable, and effective for its users.  The User Experience Lead will be responsible for spearheading the design and development of technology solutions that support the tools, dashboards, and modeling, ensuring meaningful insights throughout the procurement organization and increasing high adoption of Procurement tools across the organization. This role involves driving the insight delivery processes, collaborating with stakeholders to tailor tools to specific use cases, and establishing partnerships with Procurement Analytics and BTS (IT) teams.
