A Day in the Life
We would like YOU to consider the position of Associate Customer Service Specialist with English - based in Warsaw, Poland.In this position, you will be able to use your proactive and problem-solving geared mindset while dealing with interesting cases of varying complexity for RCS (Renal Care Solutions) Operating Unit in the OU Solutions team. This function is being transitioned from the Specialized Services team in Heerlen to the Warsaw Center of Excellence.
You will need good communication and customer service skills to provide accurate, consistent and timely operational support to customers as part of the Medtronic Customer Service Operations Office.
You will also provide support services to the Medtronic sales representatives by demonstrating an appropriate level of knowledge of Medtronic products, processes, and policies with the ability to monitor information flows and resolve incoming issues. You will contribute to the company’s goals in the areas of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Manage the full order-to-cash process for Western Europe countries: from order intake through to delivery, including allocation, shipment creation, taxi orders, invoicing, returns, and disputes
- Reply to inquiries regarding order status, stock availability, invoices, etc.
- Direct contact with customers (including phone interactions)
- Identify opportunities to improve tools and processes
- Participate proactively in the transition process: attending training, identifying risks, and suggesting improvements.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Process knowledge in at least one Center of Excellence core area (e.g., order entry, order validation, order to delivery, disputes, returns, inventory)
- SAP knowledge
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel
- Customer-focused attitude
- Proactive, open-minded and solution-driven approach.
Knowledge of other Western Europe languages would be an asset.
