Senior MES Consultant (m/f/d)

Your role in our team

• As an experienced MES consultant, you will advise customers and colleagues on handling and configuration of our MES software PAS-X.
• Together with our pharmaceutical customers, you will implement their processes in our software, and take care of the associated design specifications
• You are responsible for the implementation of PAS-X projects in different phases, from implementation to project completion
• You manage projects independently and work with a team of consultants
• Troubleshooting and documentation are part of your daily routine, as are product training for customers and support for our validation teams

 

Your profile

• You have several years of professional experience as a consultant or trainer in the field of software support (ERP/MES/LIMS).
• Ideally, you are familiar with the processes within the pharmaceutical industry and with the FDA-regulated environment.
• You enjoy managing multiple projects
• You are a team player and like to get involved, you take on different roles within a team and are comfortable with leading virtual teams
• You are solution-oriented and work independently
• You are a strong communicator and have a confident manner
• You are fluent in German and English; we would be pleased to hear about any other language skills you may have.
• You enjoy the opportunity to travel nationally and internationally for 30-50% of your working time
