As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage data gathering and processing to ensure proper insurance placement, analyze risk exposures while developing risk management solutions, and conduct program structure analysis to recommend comprehensive improvements.
  • Process and manage workers' compensation claims for owners, employees, and Responsible Contractors, serve as the primary point of contact to provide information, updates, and assistance while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Co-ordinate with insurance carriers, medical providers, and legal counsel to facilitate claim resolution, while maintaining open communication channels with owners, employees, supervisors, Responsible Contractors, and human resources to provide status updates on injuries and medical treatment.
  • Arrange necessary medical appointments and treatments for injured owners and employees.
