Cybersecurity Learning Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Cybersecurity Learning Coordinator is responsible for the assistance of all internal and external training content. 

 

JOB SCOPE

The Cybersecurity Learning Coordinator will be responsible for but not limited to:

LMS Duties: 

• Administrator of ThreatLocker University, including maintaining groups, user lists, and portal design (Docebo). 
• Support Learning Specialists in creating and maintaining all courses on ThreatLocker University, both customer-facing and for internal use. 

 

Instructional Design Duties: 

• Use supplied content to generate SCORM material using Articulate 360 products. 
• Use supplied content to generate instructional videos utilizing Adobe products. 
• Use supplied content to generate content using digital adoption software (Whatfix). 

 

Technical Writing Duties: 

• • Edit/maintain existing Knowledge Base articles based on provided information.

• Job will generally be performed in an office environment but may require travel to visit company offices and/or property locations.

• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus.
