The Opportunity
The position of Senior Supervisor Production is within our Infectious Disease Developed Markets business unit located at Scarborough, Maine. In this role you provide leadership in the day-to-day activities for an assigned production area or work group. Supervise manufacturing personnel and responsible for meeting production schedule and product quality requirements.
Schedule: Third Shift Sunday-Thursday 10:00 pm-6:30 am
What You’ll Work On
- Develops and implements production operational excellence activities and identifies and executes continuous improvement opportunities in production processes, plans, tasks, and solutions.
- Plan resources to meet daily production schedule and produce quality products.
- Manages major projects; coordinates multiple tasks, and participates in cross functional teams
- Monitors processes to determine actions that assure costs, productivity, yields, lead time, service level, and inventory control activities are in line with business goals.
- Manages exempt and non-exempt employees; provides continuous feedback and performs employee year-end evaluations.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience as a supervisory or manager.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ Years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a federally regulated environment preferred; knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards.
COMPETENCIES:
- Ability or aptitude to work on problems that are complex in scope where analysis of situations or data involves multiple competing priorities.

The base pay for this position is
$72,700.00 – $145,300.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
