The Workers Compensation Attorney will handle and support a heavy and complex case-load of cases from pre-litigation through trial, and will benefit from working at the firm with the largest marketing budget in this space. Our lawyers work the best cases, with close to unlimited resources, and alongside world-class trial Attorneys.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Day-to-day handling of cases from pre-litigation to resolution&nbsp;</li> <li>Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum</li> <li>Guide clients through the case process</li> <li>Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits</li> <li>Attendance and
