Physical Therapist - St. Joseph Home Care Network- Napa, CA

Schedule: Full Time/ Days

The Physical Therapist assists the physician in evaluating the patient's level of function, develops and updates the plan of care and provides treatment as ordered by the attending physician.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Or Master's Degree From an accredited Physical Therapy Program (Based on Graduation Year). Or D.P.T. From an accredited Physical Therapy program (Based on Graduation Year).
• Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year Experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Home Health experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
