(Junior) Manager Digital Strategy and Projects Europe

YOUR MISSION

Project Management:

• Support PUMA’s strategic European Business Platform (EBP) transformation program with a focus on Operating Model and Business Foundation phases.
• Support and manage business readiness activities (e.g., operating model assessment, …)
• Collaborate with local and regional project teams to design and execute end-to-end process fit-gap assessments.
• Maintain the logic and structure of the European business process house in close alignment with business process managers.
• Manage project workstreams and standalone projects within EBP program.
• Support the management of the strategic Framework e.g., operating model and business process templates.

Digital Strategy

• Support development and implementation of PUMA’s digital strategy in alignment with Corporate Strategy and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support and drive assigned strategic initiatives.

YOUR TALENT

• Educational background in business administration, business informatics or similar 
• Preferably 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in digital transformation project management
• Familiarity with ERP projects and wholesale processes as well as relevant industry experience (sports/fashion) is a plus
• Ability to capture and visualize content in a structured way, adapted to the target audience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively operate in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, e.g., for leading workshops
• Fluent in verbal and written business English
