Your tasks and responsibilities

We are looking for a flexible, experienced specialized consulting manager with a very good knowledge of the banking and finance industry. The ideal candidate has excellent knowledge in risk management (Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Credit risk, ALM, etc.) and very good knowledge in Regulatory Reporting related to risk management in the banking sector.

As a senior functional specialized consulting manager in risk within the banking sector with strong expertise in the risk management domain (Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Credit risk, ALM, Basel III/IV CRRII/CRRIII, rating systems, risk and stress scenario modelling, PD, LGD, etc.), you will take responsibility for all the aspects of our customer projects during the software implementation and interfacing cycle. You will be responsible for the analysis of the customer’s requirements, the translation into (functional) specifications, the functional configuration of the system, as well as the evaluation and follow-up of the implementation. You will be the expert for our OneSumX risk management solution, and you will advise and guide our clients during the implementation projects.

• With your expertise you will drive the risk implementation projects and guide our clients with your specialized knowledge and experience.

• You will participate in implementation projects by providing (functional) expertise through specialized workshops related to functional specifications and data requirements needed to implement our risk management solution and related software components based on client’s bank portfolio, e.g.

• Implement customer projects in DACH region, in particular in Germany; deliver functional knowledge and business domain expertise for the integration of Wolters Kluwer’s OneSumX solutions into client’s information system, in the area of Financial Risk, Finance and Regulatory reporting

• Work in international project teams within Wolters Kluwer’s professional Services organization

• Handle functional designs; tests and modify new and existing specific Financial Risk, Finance and Regulatory Reporting solutions for customers

• Analyze regulators and customers specific requirements to adapt and configure OneSumX solution to match these requirements, document requirements according to Wolters Kluwer’s and clients’ standards

• Prepare and support/conduct client’s trainings

• Report to Project Manager on regular basis, communicate issues related to the projects he/she is participating

• You will be working on a project-based implementation at the client’s site, you will assist the customer in defining and analyzing his requirements, translate the regulatory reporting requirements into functional specifications, data requirements, data gap analysis assessments to implement and test our solutions and assure a constant follow-up and evaluation of the situation

• You will play a lead consultancy role towards our clients. You will use your expert knowledge and expertise trough the different projects by advising on our standard OneSumX solutions

• You will be the functional expert contact point of the customer for functional and data related (content) questions:

  • Implementation of the product will be done by following standard Wolters Kluwer implementation methodology. You will report to the project manager of the project you are allocated to being involved in both local and international projects for the implementation of our OneSumX software suite.

  • Working in multinational teams and providing functional knowledge tailor-fitted to our OneSumX suite for the banking sector

• As a lead consultant you will manage and assists on a regular basis our DACH/German clients and support them implement new functionalities within our OneSumX software solution.
