3rd SHIFT 11pm-7am - 3RD SHIFT EMPLOYEES RECEIVE A SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL OF $1.00/hr
POSITION SUMMARY
THIS IS A 3RD SHIFT 8 HOUR POSITION
STARTING RATE IS $19.72 PLUS SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist operator on extruder, trimpress, lip roller, cup counter, packing finished product, housekeeping and safety.
Check quality of the cups from trimpress to cups being put in final packing.
Remove cups from trimpress and place on conveyor.
Inspect quality of cups at trimpress, lip roller, cup counter.
Assist supervisor/operator if line is down.
Make up corrugation for finished product.
Make sure cups are packed into proper corrugation.
Grind up scrap that is produced.
Place finished product on proper pallets stretch wrap finished product.
Keep workstations clean.
Assist in giving breaks to others.
Know safety rules, regulations, and company policies.
Perform other duties assigned by plant manager, manager, supervisor, and operator.
MANAGERIAL / SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Less than high school. No prior experience necessary.
Good hand -eye coordination is essential.
Required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds.
Regularly push or pull a pallet jack with 1000 pound loads.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and normal color vision.
Frequently exposed to fumes, or airborne particles.
Work near moving mechanical parts, and occasionally in outside weather conditions.
Regularly required to stand for long periods; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.

Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one-on-one and small groups situations.
Apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Give clear, concise, understandable instructions to employees.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide, in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
