Job Overview

Azalea’s Restaurant, located inside the Holiday Inn & Conference Center in Valdosta, GA, is seeking friendly, attentive, and reliable Servers to join our team. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent dining experiences to hotel guests, conference attendees, and local patrons.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and provide a welcoming dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in and addressing needs throughout the meal
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
Handle payments and process transactions accurately
Keep dining areas clean, organized, and properly set
Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel staff

Qualifications

Previous serving experience preferred (restaurant or hotel experience is a plus)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Basic math and cash handling skills
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to carry trays and lift up to 25–30 lbs
Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment
