Here, your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and you'll have the opportunity to build a rewarding career with a company that's committed to your success.</p></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong><br>Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing &amp; Electrical is looking for a Licensed HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems for homeowners across Gaithersburg, MD and Woodbridge, VA.&nbsp;If you want steady, year-round work and a company that invests in its techs, this is a great next step.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers</li> <li>Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections</li> <li>Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>HVAC license/certification as required in MD and/or VA</li> <li>2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred</li> <li>Strong diagnostic and customer service skills</li> <li>This position requires regular operation of a company vehicle.
