As a Marketing Analytics Specialist within Chase’s Paid Media Analytics team, you will transform data into actionable insights across all paid channels. You will collaborate with Media, Performance Marketing, and various Lines of Business to enhance campaign performance and drive strategic media plans. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing marketing performance through data analysis, visualization, and storytelling.

Work closely with campaign managers, media planners, and data scientists to assess and optimize marketing performance. Your expertise in campaign analytics will be instrumental in improving marketing strategies and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analytical assessments of campaign performance, identifying key success drivers.
  • Establish and track campaign performance KPIs, communicating insights to senior marketing partners.
  • Aggregate data from multiple platforms to provide a comprehensive campaign view.
  • Lead performance review calls with stakeholders.
  • Forecast business KPIs and report progress against goals.
  • Partner with analytics and media teams to design tests measuring media execution efficacy.
  • Collaborate with media teams to advise on strategic media plans using data-driven insights.
  • Define tracking, tagging, and measurement requirements for campaigns and tests.
  • Lead Tableau dashboard development for comprehensive paid channel analysis.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, fostering relationships and challenging the status quo through data storytelling.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience in analytics, preferably with a marketing focus.
  • Proven problem-solving skills using data.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to understand business context and identify opportunities in data.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative or marketing discipline.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in media buying, media analytics, or OmniChannel analytics.
  • Experience with Tableau or Alteryx.
  • Familiarity with web analytic tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with media buying platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, DV360, Trade Desk).
