This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an Operations Supervisor located onsite in Bloomington, CA with Signify.

• Develop, mentor and coach.

• Day to day operations including inbound, outbound, inventory control, quality, safety and supply planning.

• Implements general operational policies and procedures for the storing and shipment of finished goods.

• Plans, schedules and routes incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Ensures compliance with all Federal and State Safety and transportation regulations.

• Trains and supervises all associates in a Union environment.

• Proven leadership experience (e.g., team lead, supervisor) with measurable team outcomes ; managing both office and/or warehouse staff

• Strong understanding of P&L and operational KPIs

• Proficiency in SAP

• Experience working in a unionized environment (highly preferred)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

Salary: $72,500.00 - 120,800.00

Bonus:  target bonus opportunity 5%
