Fanatics is also dedicated to making a positive impact in the communities where we all live, work, and play through strategic philanthropic initiatives.     With Germany as the host country for the UEFA Euro 2024 Tournament, Fanatics requires Fan Zone Managers to oversee the onsite, day to day retail operations at the Fan Zones within the host city. Collectively, the Venue Team (both Stadium & Fan Zone) will together prepare, coordinate, and lead the onsite staff to ensure an efficient and effective operation that delivers against targets whilst ensuring the possible Fan experience for football fans and spectators.   SELF-EMPLOYED VENDOR From the 10th June 2024 - 16th July 2024 (includes setup and breakdown schedule).     Role Purpose:  Fan Zone Manager will be responsible for delivering the on-site retail operations in the respective Host City Fan Zone in line with Fanatics retail strategy.    Locations to include:  o Frankfurt  o Dusseldorf o Berlin o Cologne  o Hamburg   Tasks & Responsibilities

• Work alongside UEFA & Host City counterparts to deliver best in class on-site retail operations at Fan Zone
• Collaborate with the Venue Manager on all critical matters (Logistics, IT, Finance, Merchandising…) to ensure smooth running of all retail locations at all times
• Work with supporting contractors to deliver efficiently and on time
• Provide best in practice to ensure stockrooms and shops are managed efficiently
• Drive KPI’s including conversion and AOV
• Oversee stock management & movements including: prepare for stock deliveries at any point during the tournament, distribution to relevant location, security and stock integrity, waste & soiled goods  
• Deliver first class visual merchandising and consistently do so during the events ensuring that stock levels are kept balanced between units
• Dismantling and breaking down of all points of retail post event

Attributes/Knowledge/Experience

• Service provider to ensure that they or their representative acting as the Fan Zone Manager are onsite, in Germany, between 10 June 2024 and 16 July 2024 - 5 consecutive weeks including weekends.
• Service provider will ensure that the person delivering on this assignment in capacity of ‘Fan Zone Manager’ has relevant experience working within store management or event retail, preferably within the sports industry (2+ years’).
• Has strong attention to detail and good leadership skills with simultaneous balancing between staff and business needs
• Is a team player 
• Builds and sustains excellent relationships with external promoters, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Speaks fluently German and English to enable communication and delivery on this assignment
