We are seeking a Delivery Director for our Americas region to manage and oversee the successful delivery of products, projects and services to AlgoSec clients in the Americas.

Reporting to: VP of Technical Services

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the delivery and deployment of professional services solutions in the Americas 
• Oversees, pre-sale to full production, the implementation of the Algosec security solution for customers Provides leadership and management of Project Management and Technical Delivery teams, direct management of 3 team leaders and 17 employees
• Performs key leadership duties for the creation and implementation of continuous improvement of policies  
• Creates consistent messaging via documentation and marketing collateral for PS capabilities and use of PS for product ROI and value proposition
• Acts as a trusted partner to strategically position and identify new opportunity to deliver services  
• Work closely with Algosec account teams to help customers gain business value and high satisfaction from using Algosec

Requirements

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management, service delivery, or client success roles
• Proven leadership of cross-functional or technical delivery teams 
• Experience with enterprise clients and complex environments (in IT, software, or cybersecurity sectors)
• Strong program/project management skills  
• Client relationship management – ability to build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders
• Operational excellence – process optimization, delivery metrics, SLAs, KPIs 
• Leadership & people management – hiring, mentoring, and performance management
• Risk management – identifying and mitigating delivery risks
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred for senior roles)

• Location: Atlanta  

A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $180,000 – $200,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are encouraged to apply.
