Summary of Job Duties:

The CSC Support Staff position will offer assistance & support to the CSC clients; help build communication-related knowledge & skills more effectively, and provide opportunities to develop communication soft skills, such as: customer service, time management, workplace flexibility, team-communication skills, public speaking skills & ethical feedback. Additionally, the position presents an opportunity to develop hard skills, such as: Google Hangouts, Zoom, Collaborative Ultra, and navigate Google Drive-Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms, etc. This position is governed by state & federal laws, and agency/institution policy.


Qualifications:

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma and/or equivalent
  • Have Proof of Work Study award and be enrolled in current semester

Job Duties and/or Responsibilities:

  • Must attend staff training/orientation and Monday noon staff meetings
  • Be able to work assigned CSC work schedule
  • Facilitates client appointments both in person and virtually

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of basic grammar;
  • Ability to communicate;
  • Ability to Read and Write.

You are required to attend the CSC staff training day/Friday 8/15/25 from 9am - 3pm (in the Learning Commons)
You are required to provide a class schedule with your days/hours to show your availability to work (up to 20 hours weekly)
You are required to attend a weekly in-person Monday staff meeting, from noon to 1 p.m.
You are required to participate in 2 professional
