Fluence is embarking on a digital transformation journey to enable the company's mission to create a sustainable, clean-energy future for future generations. Global ERP implementation will be at the core of the transformation and will be a strategic companywide initiative.We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our digital transformation team. As a member of the digital transformation team, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the company to design and implement the SAP S4 HANA platform. This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about technology and sustainability. As the Supply Chain Business Lead, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management modules to streamline our supply chain operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and leverage your deep knowledge of supply chain processes to ensure the seamless integration of SAP solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and efficiency in our supply chain while enhancing our competitive advantage. Responsibilities· Project Leadership: Take ownership of the end-to-end implementation of SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management modules, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.· Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, gather requirements, and align the project with business goals.· Process Optimization: Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement best practices in logistics and warehouse management.· SAP Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management modules to configure and customize solutions to meet the organization's needs.· Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication, motivation, and performance tracking.· Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testi
