Job Description

Take the helm of an established accounting function where you’ll lead a team of three professionals while providing strategic financial guidance across multiple client accounts. This role offers exceptional autonomy and growth potential, allowing you to shape financial processes and drive operational excellence. You’ll work directly with business leaders, providing high-level insights while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of three accounting professionals
  
• Drive strategic financial planning and analysis across multiple client accounts
  
• Optimize and streamline accounting processes and procedures
  
• Provide executive-level financial insights and recommendations
  
• Manage complex financial operations with full autonomy
  
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  
• Implement best practices for financial management and control

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting roles
  
• MUST HAVE A WINDOWS OS COMPUTER
• Must have US experience 
  
• Demonstrated team leadership capabilities
  
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  
• Experience with modern accounting software platforms
