Procurement and Inside Counter Sales Associate

Entry-level counter sales position playing a critical role in pushing our business forward, assisting management and others with inventory control and best practices of supply chain strategies.

• Assist in coordinating parts development and implementation, including the sales process.
• Assist senior-level staff with all facets of the procurement process.
• Coordinate parts development and monitor inventory levels across the warehouses.
• Utilize scalable processes to enable best practices and help to maintain procurement data within the operating system.
• Maintain strong relationship skills to coordinate with internal and external customers including project managers and coordinators, to ensure on-time results.
• Assist with the resolution of supplier issues through analysis and reconciliation.
• Perform required item maintenance within the procurement system.
• Follow specific, outlined, and detailed procedures and instructions.
• The position may require other duties not listed that pertain to business processes.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent, higher education is desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in computer software, i.e. Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams
• Analytical Thinker, ability to solve problems, someone that takes initiative
• Excellent customer service skill
• Organizational and time management proficiencies
• Valid US driver’s license
