Responsibilities:

• Credit Card Program
  • Review credit card transactions for completeness and compliance with Taziki's Expense Reimbursement policies 
  • Communicate with credit card holders regarding deadlines, login issues, card troubleshooting, etc. 
  • Responsible for saving monthly credit card statements 
  • Responsible for maintaining period expense images 
•  Accounts Receivable 
  • Responsible for AR transaction payment entry for ACH payments 
  • Responsible for sending monthly AR statements for Tazikis Franchising, Marketing, Gift Cards, and Restaurants 
  • Prepares AR statement PDFs for Tazikis Franchising, Marketing, Gift Cards, and Restaurants
• Orders general office & accounting supplies
• Pick Up/Deliver mail to/from the post office or elsewhere as needed 
• Other admin tasks as assigned 

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and/or a minimum of one year of experience in accounting,  accounts receivable, or bookkeeping required
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel 

Your Working Conditions / Hours:

• Monday - Friday. Position averages 32 hours weekly
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday - In Office - 8 hour days 
  • Tuesday, Thursday - Remote - 4 hour days
