REPORTS TO: Special Education Area Coordinator and Campus Director (Principal)
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
HOURS: 7:15 am- 4:30 pm
LOCATION: Uplift Williams Preparatory

SUMMARY
Provide for the physical and instructional needs of students with disabilities in the special education program. Implement educational programs, including, but not limited to: self-help, behavior management and instructional programs for students. Coach and mentor teachers on practices that align with the Uplift and IB framework.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum, Bachelors Degree
- Valid Texas Special Education Teaching Certificate
- Positive, calm, supportive attitude
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Organizational ability
Starting Salary: $60,000
