Product Owner

Aspire Software is looking for a Product Owner to join our team in Lebanon.

By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.

What you day will look like:

·        Collaborate with support, customer success, sales, and implementation teams gather requirements, understand needs, and translate them into actionable user stories

·        Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is visible, transparent, and aligned with the product and company goals

·        Lead scrum ceremonies, ensuring the team has a clear understanding of priorities and deliverables

·        Define and communicate acceptance criteria for user stories, ensuring that the product meets quality standards and customer expectations

·        Test features to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and perform end-to-end testing to ensure a stable release

·        Prepare releases by writing release notes and updating product documentation

Education/Experience and Additional Requirements

·        Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles: product manager, product owner, or program manager

·        Scrum certified, either currently or in the past

·        QA background is a plus

·        Must be able to work US Central Time Zone Hours on a regular basis

·        Must be fluent in English both verbal and written
