Learn more at&nbsp;<a href="http://www.coreweave.com/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=http://www.coreweave.com&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1762613132717000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3D-UOhNaqEvF5BEWxjYyAU">www.coreweave.com</a>.</span></div> </div> </div> </div> </div></div><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <p>CoreWeave is expanding its firmware engineering organization to support next-generation AI compute platforms and the integrated firmware stack that powers them.</p> <p>As a Senior Firmware Engineer, FPGA &amp; Platform Integration, you will design, implement, validate, and maintain FPGA-based platform functionality while ensuring clean integration with BMC firmware, BIOS, and hardware platforms deployed across CoreWeave’s data centers.</p> <p>You will work independently on complex technical problems, partner closely with hardware, firmware, and systems teams, and help define best practices for platform reliability, observability, and maintainability.</p> <p>Some of what you’ll work on:</p> <ul> <li>FPGA development – design, implement, and maintain FPGA logic for server-class or embedded platform functions, with a strong emphasis on Intel/Altera-based devices using Quartus.</li> <li>Platform integration – define and implement interfaces between FPGA logic and adjacent platform components including BMC firmware, BIOS, CPLDs, sensors, control paths, and board management functions.</li> <li>Bring-up and validation – support early hardware enablement, board bring-up, and validation across multiple hardware revisions and lab environments.</li> <li>Cross-layer debugging – diagnose complex issues spanning FPGA logic, firmware, BIOS, hardware interfaces, and operating systems using appropriate lab and debug tools.</li> <li>Performance and reliability – improve platform robustness, fault handling, telemetry, and operational behavior for production deployments at scale.</li> <li>Vendor collaboration – work directly with ODMs, silico
