Responsibilities

The Transport Hub Coordinator receives discharge/transfer information from internal sources and assists in the coordination of outbound transportation. Responsible for updating, communicating and printing Transfer Hub reports. Reconciles daily transport utilization and costs associated with transfer.

Qualifications

Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required Experience• 2 years of professional experience in a healthcare setting required• 5 years of professional medical/hospital experience including two or more years providing specialized clerical support to a hospital department preferred
