As the Associate Director of Respiratory and Immunology Marketing for an innovative respiratory biologic product, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between science and real-world impact for patients. In close partnership with our collaborators, you will be responsible for the HCP Omnichannel Strategy across all indications, responsible for the HCP Non-Personal Promotion strategy across all indications, and Scientific Communications Strategy support for CRSwNP for TEZSPIRE. This involves collaborating with Brand Leadership to develop differentiating and competitive messaging, campaigns, and HCP-oriented content across non-personal promotions, congresses, speaker decks, HCP advocacy, and building the omnichannel strategy across all HCP channels

What you’ll do

  • Take ownership of and lead the shaping of HCP Omnichannel Strategy and execution across all indications 
  • Lead development, design, and execution of the HCP Non-Personal Promotions across all indications 
  • Provide Scientific Communications Support during peak seasons for anticipated CRSwNP indication 
  • Display strategic thinking prowess to drive impactful outcomes 
  • Effectively convey the brand's vision with passion and authenticity to both marketing and cross-functional teams 
  • Lead collaboration with agencies in development and execution of brand tactics 
  • Lead review process to ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all marketing materials 
  • Supervise operational work streams, ensuring the achievement of milestones, and providing essential insights for effective in-market execution 
  • Exhibit collaborative leadership across different functions, adeptly organizing people, activities, communication, and resources toward shared objectives within set timelines 
  • Collaborate in defining program KPI goals and establish measurement plans 
  • Manage budget allocation and cultivate relationships with agency partners 
  • Lead specific workstreams and capitalize on brand opportunities, as directed by the Senior Marketing Director, with accountability for final outcomes 
  • Establish and/or optimize governance structures and collaborative methodologies within co-promotion alliance 
  • Support and participate in team activities to create a positive work culture 

Essential for the role

  • Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in business, marketing or the sciences

  • 5 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience; preferably in a related industry
  • 3 years of Pharmaceutical Marketing and Promotions experience
  • Experience managing complex projects at the project management level

  • Strong financial competence with the ability to assess and get results

  • Successful project management experience working with cross functional partners
