<div class="content-intro"><p>At SanMar, the work you do makes a difference.</p></div><p><strong>Job Level</strong></p> <p>Grade T3</p> <p><strong>Supervisor</strong></p> <p>No</p> <p><strong>Level</strong></p> <p>DC Tier 3</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What's the Short Version?</strong></p> <p>A Production II associate is responsible for multiple duties including restocking, order audit, and picking orders.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What Will You Be Doing?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Quickly and accurately pick product from designated locations and either place into cartons on a pre-built pick cart, or into totes as directed by the hand-scanner.</li> <li>Restock product into designated locations.</li> <li>Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct all completed orders to be invoiced and shipped.</li> <li>Operate a voice or Radio Frequency unit.</li> <li>Responsible for checking out equipment and returning it in same condition.</li> <li>Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> <li>Comply with all policies and standards</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What Are We Looking For?</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred</li> <li>1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities</li> <li>Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information</li> <li>Basic math skills in counting and quantity required</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require</li> <li>Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and within a team</li> <li>Strong attention to details</li> <li>Comprehend verbal and written instructions</li> <li>Regular and prompt attendance</li> <li>Essential days or overtime may be required</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What's Our Offer? </strong></p> <p>Salary Range: You`ll earn between $17.50 - $24.00 on an hourly basis, depending on experience.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
