We are seeking a transformational and strategic leader as the Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy, Innovation and Enablement. This role will focus on developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with our company’s goals, enhanced experiences, and drive organizational growth. The candidate will be a thought leader in the field of talent acquisition, using data and best practices to inform decision-making and strategically enable our recruiting teams, hiring managers and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that support the organization's objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.  This individual will be responsible for creating strategies, translating business requirements and problem statements, as well as leading, and accountable for, the full TA strategy portfolio with strategies created by others.  Examples of strategies would include Assessment & Selection, Talent Attraction & Engagement, Source Channels, Employment Branding, etc.

Innovation:

Identify and provide strategic roadmap that provides prioritization to support implementing strategies supported by innovative techniques and tools to enhance the talent acquisition process, including the use of technology, AI, and social media platforms.  This individual should be a futurist with an understanding of the changing landscape.

Enablement/Capability/Training:

Provide a TA capability model with the ability to provide training, resources, and support to recruiting teams to enhance their capabilities and effectiveness in attracting top talent.  Understand utilization and adherence to the process, tools and techniques.  Develop training plan/roadmap aligned to key capabilities anticipating future required skills and experiences.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to inform strategic initiatives and improve overall talent acquisition experience, effectiveness and efficiency.

Global mindset:

 In support of a global TA team, operating in 80+ countries, this individual should provide a global perspective to all strategies and enablers.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with Senior TA leadership and cross functional teams (HR digital, Global Talent Management, TA delivery, GS-HR), hiring managers, and HR partners to understand hiring needs and develop targeted strategies to meet them.

Candidate Experience:

In partnership with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition-Global Experience, design and implement strategies and initiatives aimed at improving the candidate, recruiter and hiring manager journey, ensuring a positive, innovative and engaging experience from engagement to onboarding.  Support continuous improvement initiatives through well-defined and impactful strategies

Market Research/Insights:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging best practices in talent acquisition to inform strategy. Lead an insights team aligning internal and external insights for robust storytelling.  Collaborate with sector and business teams to provide supply and demand analytics, competitive insights, location strategies, and improved sourcing and channel strategies analysis, enabling more effective recruiting delivery.

 Requirements:

•            Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field

·             10+ years of talent acquisition or related HR recruiting experience, with at least 7

years in global TA leadership roles (e.g., Global TA Delivery leader, TA program/portfolio lead, or TA segmentation head)
